“I had a lovely experience there with my friend and newborn. The staff were very very friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time. I wasn't sure if the restaurant was pram friendly so popped in to ask and they were more than welcoming and made space for us. Will return again soon. Food was also delicious!!!”

“Came here for my sisters birthday and the staff were more than accommodating. The atmosphere and everyone here were lovely - we even got given complimentaries. The restaurants interior is beautiful - perfect for any special occasions where you want to take photos. And of course not to mention the food was amazing! I got the grilled salmon and it was cooked perfectly, and the chips were delicious. Thank you for a great experience :).”

“Booked the Prowse for my Fiancées birthday and we weren't disappointed - the staff including Tina (Got asked to mention) were all helpful and friendly. The food was great and at late notice the staff brought out a cake which I had supplied and they all came out singing Happy Birthday Definitely will be booking again Nigel”

“ 5 stars all day every day A hidden gem in Southend on sea. A memorable experience at this superb restaurant. Beautifully balanced selection of family favourites on the menu to cater for everyone. All our meals were cooked to perfection with the freshest ingredients. Served hot and well plated. Excellent portion sizes and flavourful, you can taste the love in these meals. Service was on point with a Michelin star restaurant. From the ambience, live music, beautiful decor and the service - this is an outstanding establishment. This is an extremely well run and well managed restaurant Kudos to the management team. Thank you accommodating my family on father's day. We had a very memorable day and can't wait to come back soon.”
